Sweet, moist and so easy, when I first saw this recipe I thought half of it must be missing - but it works! This easy fruit cake is now my go to every time....

Method
Soak fruit in the juice overnight.
Mix in the flour and put into a greased 20cm round tin.
Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 180°C, the turn the oven off and leave in for 30 mins.
