Hi
I made two batches and one burn because the mixture was too runny, and the other batch was all mushed together, and at the bottom of the recipe, where it says ‘this recipe has not been tested by Chelsea Sugar' I mean, you should test your sloppy mix before you throw it in the bin!

I made these cookies and I noticed that the butter and the sugar got all stuck in the beater when I was beating them together. Another thing was that instead of baking for 15 minutes they were fully cooked and even starting to burn at 9 minutes!Great how it uses a whole can of condensed milk! All together really good cookies and would definitely make again!

Taste nice but spread out a bit too much. Too much butter and condensed milk I think.

Love these, we freeze the dough and cook from frozen - perfect to do a couple at a time for lunchboxes - also stops them from spreading out

They taste delicious, but I would recommend adding 1/3 of a cup extra flour, only 150-200 grams chocolate, and around 300 grams of the condensed milk. The recipe is easy to follow, and there aren't too many steps either, so they would make a great recipe if you have children, and you can always substitute out the chocolate chips for dried fruit and that sorta stuff.

Used half tin of condensed milk but still would of needed more flour than this stated, chilled before I baked but mixture still melted when baked and came out looking like pancakes.

Easy to make and tastes AMAZING! Very rich though, but once you have one its impossible to stop there.
Preheat oven to 180°C bake. Line two large baking trays with baking paper.
Cream butter and Chelsea White Sugar until pale and fluffy. Add condensed milk and vanilla essence and beat until well incorporated.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt until just combined. Mix in the chocolate chunks.
Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and place on prepared trays. Press down with your hand to flatten slightly. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Sprinkle with sea salt, if desired. Leave to cool on trays for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
I added in a extra 1/2 cup of flour and they tasted great!
