Won't be buying lemon curd again now that I have my own lemon tree Very easy for anyone who's learning to cook n bake, 4 star as the recipe isn't complete without timing info, approved=true, user_name=Jamie, hs_createdate=1716176735111, rating_new__1_5_=4, rating=80, id=13316398649}, {comment_text=Easy to make and great taste, approved=true, user_name=Roger Morrison, hs_createdate=1715150561689, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=13135186354}, {comment_text=amazing, i put this lemon curd in the middle of chelsea lemon muffins as a filling, the best i will definitely recommend this recipe, approved=true, user_name=Ella, hs_createdate=1702249882383, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=11175659531}, {comment_text=Made many times, simply delish, approved=true, user_name=Jaz, hs_createdate=1702249880746, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=11175582208}, {comment_text=Easy to make and we just love it, approved=true, user_name=Michelle, hs_createdate=1702249879997, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=11174084914}, {comment_text=Fantastic recipe, my kids love it so much I'm making it every week at the moment! It does seem to take a good 15 minutes of low heat and whisking for it to thicken up - but I'd rather do this than have scrambled eggs in the curd - totally worth the wait!!, approved=true, user_name=Mel, hs_createdate=1702249879981, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=11175514175}, {comment_text=Very Delicious!, approved=true, user_name=Ella, hs_createdate=1702249879435, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=11175566379}, {comment_text=Excellent, tangy and delicious., approved=true, user_name=Liz, hs_createdate=1702249878802, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=11175392675}, {comment_text=Such an easy recipe compared to others. It tastes so yummy I could eat it straight from the jar! I didn't bother to sieve mixture as I wanted to keep the lemon zest in for a bit of texture. Perfect sweetness for me as I don't like any recipe that's too sour. Doubled the recipe and it made 1 1/2 500g jars. Will definitely be making more and next time I'll try the muffins...yummy., approved=true, user_name=Donna, hs_createdate=1702249877850, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=11175557798}]}
