Method

Add Chelsea White Sugar, rind and juice of limes to pulp and bring to boil in a large, heavy-based pan.
Simmer, uncovered, over medium heat for about one hour. Stir from time to time.
When mixture is thickened stir in almonds and pour marmalade into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
