This was a quick and easy recipe to make. I enjoyed making it and eating it. really good for school lunches when you're running late.
In a bowl, beat sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt on medium speed for 1 min.
Add butter; beat until well blended.
Combine flour and cocoa and gradually sift into butter and sugar mixture. Stir in walnuts.
Transfer to a greased microwave-safe 8 inch square dish. Microwave, uncovered on high for 3 - 4 minutes. Rotate every 1 minute if your microwave table doesn't turn, or until a moist area about 1-1¼ inch in diameter remains in the center.
Allow to cool - we left ours in the glass dish it was microwaved in.
Sift over a small amount of Chelsea Icing Sugar while still warm.
