The chocolate chips melted through out the mixture, when I added the butter mix I know I should have let it sit for abit before adding, also couldnt tell if they where done as the golden syrup and brown sugar came out surrounding the cookie.

Method
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays.
Combine rolled oats, Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar, choc chips and flour.
In a separate smaller bowl melt Chelsea Golden Syrup and butter with milk.
Combine wet with dry. Roll heaped teaspoons into a ball and put on tray. Squash with a fork or spoon.
Bake 10-15 minutes.

- 2 Tbsp Chelsea White Sugar
- ½ tsp finely grated lemon zest (optional)
- 1 cup Meadow Fresh Milk (or Soy/Rice milk) (250ml)
