Method
In a small bowl, cream together the butter and sugar for about 3 minutes. Add the vanilla and milk to the same bowl. Lastly, add the flour in 2 quick batches then fold in the chocolate chips. Spread it onto a microwave-safe surface, making the center thicker than the edges. Microwave in 30 second bursts to add up to a minute or so (based on 1000w microwave). Slightly undercook as it will continue to set as it cools.
