We had this cake for a work morning tea today and it was very yummy and moist. Went down a treat.

It’s a winner. Moist and delicious. The kids love it, and you can bake it in a camp oven using baking paper to reduce the cleaning up.

Method
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Then add the oil, water, essence and vinegar. Mix well then put in a well greased 8 inch tin and bake at 180° C for approx 1 to 1 1/4 hours
Ice with chocolate cream cheese icing when cold.
