Method
Cut the bread into small pieces and place with the sultanas in a small baking dish. Beat milk, egg, Sugar and vanilla essence together. Pour over the bread and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until the custard is set. Serve with a little cream or ice-cream.
