Turned out a bit messy and chunky. I haven't tasted it yet - hoping it will be delicious!
Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease and line a 20cm round cake tin.
Melt butter then add the sugar and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Place in the tin. Sprinkle with the cinnamon on the top of the cake. Bake 200°C for approx 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
