250g butter
1 cup Chelsea White Sugar
3 egg yolks
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
Cream butter and Chelsea White Sugar, add egg yolks and beat well.
Fold in sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
Roll into balls, flatten with fork. Add nuts or sultanas, if you desire.
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 180°C.
