1/2 cup butter (or margarine)
1/4 cup Chelsea White Sugar
2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 block dark chocolate (chopped)
Cream butter and Chelsea White Sugar then beat in condensed milk.
Add sifted flour, baking powder and chopped chocolate.
Roll into balls and bake for 20 minutes at 175°.
