Ingredients
300grams Butter
1 cup Chelsea Icing Sugar
3 cups standard flour
Method
Preheat oven to 180degrees.
Cream butter and Chelsea icing sugar untill light and creamy.
Then add 1 cup of flour at a time mixing it all through with a wooden spoon before adding another cup.
When you are on your last cup get in with your hands and make it into a dough.
Shap into a large log then cut with a sharp knife biscuit sise pieces. Bake it for about 10 minutes or until brown.
