Even better of you lightly toast the wholegrain oats in the oven first, then let them cool before using :p

This is a pretty good recipe but the cooking temperatures were a bit low for my oven - as another person said 160 fanforced or 180 would be a better bet.
Pre-heat oven to 160°C bake or 140°C fan-forced. Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
Beat Tararua Butter, condensed milk and Chelsea Raw Sugar or Chelsea Organic Raw Sugar together until pale and creamy. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
Place tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls and place on the prepared trays. Flatten slightly. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Leave on the trays for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
Very delicious and yum they are my favourite cookies ever made in history 💯💕😆
