Method
Mix all ingredients in a blender or screw top jar until well combined. Pour over chicken pieces, drumsticks etc. and cover. Chill and marinate for at least one hour. Marinating for longer, even overnight, is fine. BBQ or grill the chicken, basting with the marinade, as it cooks.
