Surprising to see less sugar in this recipe than in others - that's awesome Chelsea!I melted the chocolate chips and mixed them in after I had just combined the wet and dry; it gives the cookie a slightly more fudge-like texture. I also baked some straight away and froze the rest; the frozen ones came out much chewier and fudgier! I froze them in balls so they didn't flatten right down but I gently pushed them down once they had come out of the oven and cooled for a minute, which resulted in a kind of double layered fudge cookie.
