Dalgona Coffee is a whipped coffee delight with an irresistibly creamy, frothy top and a smooth, milky base. Made with just instant coffee, sugar, and hot water whipped to perfection, then spooned over cold or hot milk.
Combine coffee, sugar and boiling water in a medium-sized heatproof bowl. Stir for 1-2 minutes to dissolve the sugar - if needed, microwave for 30 seconds to help the sugar dissolve.
Beat with an electric mixer until thick, creamy and fluffy (it should be similar in texture to meringue mixture).
Half-fill two serving glasses with ice. Add milk and top up with whipped coffee. Serve with a spoon or straw and mix in a little before drinking.
