Cool, creamy, and sweet in all the right places - this iced caramel latte is your café favourite made easy at home. With a swirl of Chelsea Caramel Maple Flavoured Syrup, it’s the perfect pick-me-up for warm mornings or afternoon treat o’clock.

  • 2 shots espresso (60ml)
  • 3 tsp Chelsea Caramel Maple Flavoured Syrup (divided) + extra to serve
  • 1/2 cup milk (125ml)

Additional tips

  • You can use any type of milk in this recipe (note that some may foam better than others).
  • If you don’t have a milk frother, you can shake the milk and syrup together in a mason jar (with lid on!). Shake vigorously until thick and foamy.

Method

Stir espresso and two teaspoons of syrup together.

Combine milk and remaining teaspoon of syrup. Use a milk frother (on cold setting, if applicable) to froth milk.

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add coffee mixture, then top with caramel maple cold foam.

Drizzle with extra syrup, if desired. Serve immediately.
