Stir espresso and two teaspoons of syrup together.
Combine milk and remaining teaspoon of syrup. Use a milk frother (on cold setting, if applicable) to froth milk.
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add coffee mixture, then top with caramel maple cold foam.
Drizzle with extra syrup, if desired. Serve immediately.
