- ½ cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- ½ small red pepper (deseeded, finely chopped/sliced)
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 cup water

Method
Combine all ingredients, except for the cornflour and water, in a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil.
Blend the cornflour and water together and stir into the mixture.
Simmer to 4 to 5 minutes to thicken.
