Drink recipes

• 6 lemons, scrubbed in cold water
• 1.5kg Chelsea White Sugar
• 50g (½ packet) citric acid
• 3 litres water

• 2 Tbsp Chelsea White Sugar
• 2 to 3 tsp Cocoa
• Dash of salt
• 1 cup milk
• ¼ tsp Vanilla extract from vanilla pod or ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence

• 1 cup Chelsea White Sugar
• 2L Water
• Clean Container

• 2 cups orange juice
• ½ cup lemon juice
• 4 tablespoons Chelsea Caster Sugar
• 2 lemon, thinly sliced
• 2 oranges thinly sliced
• 1 bottle (750ml) Red Wine

Mint Syrup (see below)

• 1 ltr pineapple fruit juice
• 1 large can diced peaches in syrup
• 1.25 ltr bottle lemonade
• 1 punnet of strawberries cut in quarters
• 1 packet of glace cherries
• Few sprigs of mint (for garnish)

Mint Syrup

• ½ cup Chelsea Caster Sugar
• 1 cup of water
• Few sprigs of freshly chopped mint

• 2 cups low fat milk
• 1 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 Tbsp Chelsea White Sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla essence
• 2 marshmallows (optional)

Banana Strawberry Smoothie

• 1 ripe banana, peeled
• 6 strawberries, little green leaves and stalk removed
• 2 cups low fat milk
• 2 scoops low fat icecream or frozen yoghurt

• 4 Chelsea White Sugar Cubes
• Angostura Bitters
• Champagne or sparkling white wine, chilled
• Lemon peel

• 1 shot (45ml) Bacardi
• 1 shot (45ml) Malibu
• 1 Tbsp Chelsea Organic Raw Sugar, plus extra to serve
• ½ cup coconut milk
• Juice of 1 lime
• Coconut water (approximately ⅓ cup)
• Fresh mint, pomegranate seeds & lime slices, to serve

• ½ cup Cocoa
• 2 cups Chelsea Raw Sugar

• 700 ml boiling water

• 1 cup (approx. ¼ block) drained silken tofu

• 1 cup ice cubes or crushed ice

• 4 cups seeded watermelon chunks
• ½ cup fresh lime juice
• 1 cup ice cubes

• 2-4 bananas
• 2 cups hokey pokey ice cream
• Fill blender ¾ full of milk
• 1 dessertspoon fruity yoghurt (optional)
• ½ teaspoon of Chelsea White Sugar (optional)

• grated rind and juice of 3 lemons
• 2 slices of lemon, plus extra to garnish
• 75 ml sugar syrup
• soda water and ice to top up
