250g butter
3/4 cup Chelsea White Sugar
3/4 cup Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp water
2 eggs
3 cups plain flour
1 tsp baking soda
350g chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cream the butter and both Chelsea Sugars.
Beat in essence and water and then beat in eggs, one at a time.
Sift the flour and baking soda.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Roll into balls and flatten slightly with fork, place on prepared trays and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly brown.
Remove and cool on wire racks.
