Worked out great! Definitely needs some adjustments. The recipe as it is, is too crumbly as a mixer so I can understand why some people are finding the biscuits quite messy. I added more oil than they had said. I also put an extra 1/2 egg to get the consistency right, then baked for 12mins till just the edges were soft brown. Came out lovely.

Method
Heat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix oil, peanut butter and sugar together, then mix in everything else. Roll into balls, place on a lined baking tray, and flatten with a fork.
Bake at 180°C for 10-12 mins or until golden. Don't over cook and it will remain light to eat, rather than hard and crunchy.
