Tart rhubarb and a golden, buttery crumble topping - it’s a match made in dessert heaven. This classic is simple to make, big on flavour, and perfect for chilly evenings. Serve it warm with custard, cream or ice cream (or all three - no judgement here). It’s the kind of pudding that disappears fast, so don’t expect leftovers!

The ingredients need to be revised as this is far too much sugar for the small amount you get (which doesn't serve 4).
The crumble mixture felt too mushy and didn't come out as a proper crumble.
Save yourself the hassle and look around for another recipe that will give you a better crumble, and hopefully asks you to use a lot less sugar., approved=true, user_name=Mark, hs_createdate=1716176735448, rating_new__1_5_=1, rating=20, id=13316116656}, {comment_text=Absolutely quick and easy to make, will always use this recipe., approved=true, user_name=Geraldine Haworth, hs_createdate=1715308005327, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=13180994606}, {comment_text=Very easy to make and it looks good, approved=true, user_name=Lysandra McKenzie, hs_createdate=1702249884168, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=11175605100}, {comment_text=great taste but a bit too sweet and very watery (we added too much butter) also very fast and easy great for the kids., approved=true, user_name=alfie, hs_createdate=1702249876784, rating_new__1_5_=4, id=11175567645}]}
