  • ¾ cup Chelsea White Sugar
  • 125g Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ⅓ cup Meadow Fresh Original Milk
  • 1¾ cup Edmonds Standard Grade Flour
  • 1 tsp Edmonds Baking Powder

Preheat oven to 200°C & prepare 12 paper cupcake cases in patty pans.

Cream Tararua Butter and Chelsea White Sugar.

Add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla essence.
Add Meadow Fresh Original Milk alternatively with Edmonds Standard Grade Flour and Edmonds Baking Powder.

Spoon evenly into paper cases and bake at 200°C for 15 - 20 minutes.

Ice/decorate as desired.
