Ingredients
1 Champagne pre-cooked Ham (approx. 6-8kg)
3 tbsps wholegrain mustard
1 cup Chelsea Maple Flavoured Syrup or Chelsea Honey Maple Flavoured Syrup
2 cups crushed pineapple
Cloves
Method
Preheat oven to 160ºC conventional or 140ºC fan bake
(fan bake not preferable). Place rack in oven to lower level.
Peel back rind of ham and discard. Place ham in baking dish.
Score ham, place a clove in each square.
Mix wholegrain mustard, Chelsea Maple Flavoured Syrup or Chelsea Honey Maple Flavoured Syrup and crushed pineapple together, pour evenly over top of the ham.
Pour a cup of water into the bottom of the dish to help prevent burning.
Place in oven until heated through and top is golden.
Approx 1.5 hours.
