  • ½ cup Chelsea White Sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder, extra
  • 2 cups boiling water

Method
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Mix the flour, sugar, salt, cocoa and baking powder together then add the melted butter and milk, mix well. Pour into a medium sized casserole dish then cover with the brown sugar and extra cocoa.
Pour boiling water over the mixture, cover with a lid and bake for 45 minutes.
