  • 425g can of Papaya in Syrup
  • 8-10 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Chelsea Caster Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Plain/Unsweetened Yogurt
  • ¼ Cup of Milk

Method
Remove the skin of the orange and cut into large pieces. Add remaining ingredients into a food processor (remember to shut the lid!) and let the blade do the work.
Process mixture until it is a slightly thick consistency and chunks of fruit and ice are still visible. Serve in plain tumblers or go for presentation and serve in fancy cocktail glasses.
