A really good recipe. I've made it about 15-20 times now! I would probably add more cocoa (1/2 cup) but I really like chocolate so its up to you. I also sometimes add dessicated coconut to it as well (1/4 cup) - really nice!

ok.have aeen better recipes, this one is dry and weird tasting, everyone dont put it in for aslong as they say as they dont know what theyre talking about. safe time, search a new one.

Method
Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Melt the Tararua Butter.
Mix all the other ingredients into the Tararua Butter in order listed above until combined.
Place into a brownie baking tin and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the top just starts to crack.
Cool and slice.
Enjoy!
