Omg my gsons loved this brownie recipe!! I made this for them before they moved over to Australia. One of them said 'I just can't stop eating them'!! Definitely a hit & my go to!! 😊❤

Great recipe, simple ingredients that I already had. I baked in the airfryer , temp set to 150 for 28 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes then ate with icecream while still warm as could not wait any longer...very yum!

the only resin I didn't make it a five star rating is because you have to wait over night.

I think it was very delicious, gooey, and the batter was super yummy to lick off the bowl and spoon 😂😂😅😅🥲🥲😇😇😊😊☺️☺️😉😉🫢🫢🫢🤗🤗🤗🤗

Method
Sift all dry ingredients together in one bowl.
Mix eggs gently with vanilla essence & add melted butter.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredient and mix well.
Put into your baking dish and spread out evenly, place on middle shelf in the oven at 150°C and bake to desired texture approx. 30 - 40 minutes.
If you want the centre to be gooey, take out of the oven when the outer is firmer than the middle, cool, place in fridge overnight.
If you want a firmer cake, leave in the oven for a little longer until the edges have come away from the side.
Serve with ice cream or cream.
