Amazing! Super easy to make and was a bit delish. Tbh I thought that the instructions needed to say something about refrigerating it and letting it cool down to thicken but otherwise super good

Method
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan.
Stir over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved and butter melted.
Store any unused sauce in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Makes 3 cups.

- 2 Tbsp Chelsea White Sugar
- ½ tsp finely grated lemon zest (optional)
- 1 cup Meadow Fresh Milk (or Soy/Rice milk) (250ml)
