  • 75g Soft Butter
  • 55g Coconut Oil
  • 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • .5 tsp Salt
  • ¾ cup Chelsea White Sugar
  • 4 Whole Eggs
  • ¾ cup Chelsea White Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Melted Chocolate (Optional)
  • Chelsea Icing Sugar

Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.

Spray doughnut pan//loaf pan with spray.

In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the cream cheese, soft butter and coconut oil until soft, smooth and fluffy.

Add in the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in slightly.

Add in the first amount of Chelsea White Sugar. Mix a few rotations. 

With the mixer on low, add in the eggs. Mix half way in.

Add the last amount of Chelsea White Sugar and vanilla. Mix until all the ingredients are incorporated together.

Pipe/scoop into doughnut pans or put in to greased doughnut pans or a loaf pan.

For a doughnut pan, bake for 8-15 minutes, based on the size of the pan.  A knife should come out clean. For a loaf pan bake for 40-50 minutes.  After 30 minutes, start checking every 10 minutes.

After you take it out of the oven, invert the pan and let cool, then remove doughnuts from the pan.

Drizzle chocolate and dust with Chelsea Icing Sugar.
