Actually the best brownie recipe ever!! I add chocolate chunks and also put it in the fridge. Eating it from the fridge takes it to the next level. I have made this brownie over 20 times, I thought it was time to review it.

Im only 11 and made this it turned out perfect crunchy at the top and perfectly soft and chewing in the middle i did add coconut and 1 tablespoon of extra butter and i also added chocolate chunks i baked it for around 40-45 mins and it turned perfect best brownie I've ever had definitely recommend making ♡♡♡

Really good chocolate brownie come out with nice and crisp on top and moist in the middle with a really good crust. If u want to improve it slightly more u could add Raspberrys or not but not necessary

Method
Preheat oven to 180°C bake. Line a slice tin (minimum size 28cm x 18cm x 3.5cm) with baking paper.
Melt butter and place in a large bowl. Add cocoa to butter and mix.
Add eggs, Chelsea White Sugar and vanilla essence, mix well.
Add Edmonds Standard Grade Flour and Edmonds Baking Powder, mix.
Spoon mixture into the baking tray and bake at 180°C for approx 30-50 minutes (depending on depth of baking tray).
Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
