I made this with a simple vanilla cake I also got from this website and it tasted AMAZING! Will use this in the future- I'm a 13yr old so simple recipes are really helpful.

Method
Beat butter with an electric mixer until pale.
Add icing sugar, smaller quantity of lemon juice and vanilla essence. Beat until light and
fluffy, adding more lemon juice if required.
