I've only used it once. Can you add vanilla to thus recipe too?

How many cookies does this ice?

Worked really well for decorating my gingerbread cookies. Had a bit leftover does it lasts long. Can I store it I'm the fridge for a few days or a week or more.
:)

I missed the part about the pure decorating icing sugar and just used regular. After half an hour and it not setting I put them back in the oven for ten minutes and then set hard like meringues and tasted amazing.. next time I will read the recipe more closely!

Annoying that Chelsea Pure Decorating Icing Sugar is not stocked at any of the local supermarkets.

Can You Use normal Icing Sugar?

Hey, just a quick question how much does this make?

CHELSEA SUGAR: Hi there, it makes about 1 1/2 cups.

Can i use CASTER SUGAR? i have ran of of DECORATING SUGAR!! :( but overall sonds WONDERFULL! :)

CHELSEA SUGAR: Hi there, unfortunately caster sugar can't be used in place of the icing sugar in this recipe.

This recipe worked perfectly. 10/10

made my gingerbread house fall apart ;(

Amazing Recipe!!

This recipe is great because it tastes good and it is easy to make. I recommend this recipe for all ages to make and ice on their own baking.

Just what I required

Do you have to use PURE DECORATING SUGAR or can I just use normal ICING SUGAR?
Chelsea Sugar:
Chelsea Pure Decorating Icing Sugar contains no starch which makes it ideal for hard set icing recipes like royal icing. Chelsea Icing Sugar is ideal for creating soft, light icings recipes like buttercream icing.

Awesome

Amazing recipe I love it and it's easy to make

The icing didn't set straght away and it was to runny even after putting more icing sugar than needed. I'm sorry to say but make a gingerbread house with this icing was an absolute fail. :( :( :(

It’s very easy to make

Simple recipe, beautiful and glossy, and it pipes easily.
