Golden Syrup
FLUFFY LEMON ICING
Preheat oven to 160ºC bake. Grease a 21cm round cake tin.
Cream butter and Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the Chelsea Golden Syrup/Chelsea Treacle. Stir in the egg and yolks, beating well after each addition.
Pour into prepared tin. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until cooked. Leave to cool in tin for 10-15 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
