  • 1 cup Chelsea Raw Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour

  • ½ cup sultanas
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • Chelsea Icing Sugar to dust

Method

Mix all ingredients together and spoon into well greased or baking paper lined 20 - 23 cm cake tin. 

Bake at 160°C for 55 - 60 minutes or until golden and when a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean. 

Cool on a wire rack. Serve warm, dusted with Chelsea Icing Sugar.
