I absolutely love Belgian Waffles and have been addicted to them all my life. This recipe is the best recipe I've ever made. I bake Waffles for my family every week. My partner has become addicted to them like me.
Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and Chelsea White Sugar together into a large bowl. Stir to combine.
Place the egg whites in a small bowl and beat until stiff.
In a jug, whisk together the egg yolks, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients and whisk briefly until just smooth. Fold in the beaten egg whites.
Heat a waffle iron and cook waffles until golden brown. Serve warm with fresh fruit, cream and Chelsea Mapleor Honey Maple Flavoured Syrup.
