With a few tweaks to make them 'heart healthy', I substituted dates for the sugar, and oil for the butter & added some raisins. Next time I might add some lightly roasted walnut pieces. Lovely fluffy and moist muffins.

Great recipe- I used rice milk and margarine instead of milk and butter due to allergies in the family and they were a hit!

Too sweet and too much baking powder in them which leaves an after taste. They need more flavour rather than just sugar and banana. Golden syrup would even help. Bit meh, wouldnt make again.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat eggs, melted butter and milk together with the bananas. Add dry ingredients and mix together to just combine.
Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
