CHELSEA: Hi Tracey, this particular recipe works well as written, with 1 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp baking powder. The higher quantity of baking soda gives better rise, colour and flavour :), approved=true, user_name=Tracey, hs_createdate=1779361599446, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=254488385980}, {comment_text=These are AMAZING I bake them up and my family eats them within 2 days and then they're gone, they are really nice and moist and fluffy I would make this again for sure, approved=true, user_name=Ellie, hs_createdate=1779235375092, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=254175222217}, {comment_text=Definitely best banana loaf recipe everyone loves it., approved=true, user_name=Melissa, hs_createdate=1778899529496, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=253739061727}, {comment_text=This recipe is easy to cook but a long wait 4 stars, approved=true, user_name=Carter, hs_createdate=1777761672880, rating_new__1_5_=4, id=252551502307}, {comment_text=Lovely easy recipe to use up ripe bananas.
