So good! Just make sure you use exactly a cup and no more fejoias than that as my second attempt I used 1 1/2 cups by accident as I didn't measure and it didn't cook through properly and fell apart. But with the correct amount it came out moist, delicious and lasted over a week and tasted like it had just come out of the oven a week on!
