Ingredients

    1 cup blueberries
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    2 eggs, separated
    1 tablespoon Chelsea White Sugar
    2 cups sifted flour
    1 1⁄2 cups milk
    1⁄2 teaspoon salt
    1⁄4 cup melted butter
    Chelsea Easy Pour Golden Syrup to serve 

Method

    Preheat the waffle iron.
    Beat egg whites till stiff and set aside.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Slowly stir in milk, beaten egg yolks and melted butter.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fold in egg whites which were stiffly beaten.
    Bake in hot waffle iron.
    Serve with Chelsea Easy Pour Golden Syrup.

Chocolate is better

umm...
would you mind adding a video.
Anyway the waffles were delicious.

Turned out ok, but lacked flavour - could be sweeter or maybe add cinnamon

Great recipe, so easy to make and the grand-children just loved them. Thanks Chelsea
