You can't beat a hot pudding on a chilly winter's night and this recipe makes it easy to indulge a little more often. Recipe club member Leanne said that it is so easy that kids could throw it together!

I checked it after 7 minutes (other reviews indicated cooking time was off), and at 10 minutes. There was no change - top was still raw. Put it in for another 2 mins 30 seconds, and the top became spongy, rather than gluggy (900w microwave). I then let it sit for a few minutes before serving. Very nice, next time I make it I'll put a bit less sugar in the sauce.
Pudding Cream together 3/4 cup Chelsea White Sugar and 1 tbsp Tararua Butter in a mixing bowl. Add sifted Edmonds Standard Grade Flour and cocoa, followed by the Meadow Fresh Original Milk and Edmonds Baking Powder - mix until "globby".
Pour into a deep microwave proof bowl.
Sauce Mix Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar with the cocoa and scatter over top of globby pudding mix. Pour over the back of a spoon the boiled water and vanilla essence.
