  • (add 3 teaspoon baking powder if using plain flour)

  • ½ cup sultanas or nuts (optional)

Method

Preheat oven to 160C.  Mash bananas, add Chelsea White Sugar and eggs.
Sift the flour, salt and baking soda together into the wet mixture. mix well.
Mix others in if desired.
Bake at 160C for about one hour or until cooked.
