Strawberry Blancmange

2 1/2 Cups Milk
3 Tablespoons Cornflour
1/3 Cups Chelsea White Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
1 Egg (if desired)
1 : Place only half of the milk in the vitamiser, add all other ingredients, cover, and run until smooth.
2 : Place the other half of the milk in a double boiler.
3 : Bring close to the boil, add the contents of the vitamiser, stirring constantly. Cook for 15 mins in the double boiler. Pour into moulds to set, and refrigerate for minimum two hours.
4 : Serve cold.
