1 scoop Vanilla Ice-cream
30ml Coffee Liqueur
1/2 glass chilled Instant Coffee
1/2 glass Milk Whipped Cream
Chelsea Coffee Sugar Crystals
Serve in a soda fountain or parfait glass.
Place ice-cream in glass, add coffee and liqueur until half full.
Fill glass with milk until 1cm from top of the glass.
Add whipped cream and sprinkle with flakes of chocolate.
Enhance the flavour with Chelsea Coffee Sugar Crystals.
